Symptoms
Experts log: "SDK Error: SERVER REQUESTED SESSION TERMINATION. Reason: ...".
The product is removed from the chart.
Causes
The subscription or license changed (expired, revoked, or downgraded).
An administrator stopped the session.
A duplicate or disallowed session was detected.
How to fix it
If you're the customer (running the product)

Read the termination reasonThe reason is shown in the log/alert. If it is license-related, check your license status and renew if needed, then re-attach.
If you're the vendor (publisher)

Confirm the version/license stateIf you triggered the stop during testing or a re-publish, re-issue a valid test license against the current version before re-testing.
