A previous session on this chart was terminated by the platform, leaving a block file that prevents the product from restarting here.Setup & configuration•Also known as: SESSION_TERMINATED_KILLFILE, kill_file_present
Symptoms
Indicator alert: "This indicator session was terminated. Please remove it from the chart."
The product is attached but does nothing (no drawing / no trading).
Causes
The platform terminated the earlier session (e.g. subscription change, license revoked, or a duplicate session) and wrote a kill file.
Switching timeframe re-loaded the blocked product.
How to fix it

Remove the product from the chartRight-click the chart, choose Indicators List (or Expert Advisors), select the product, and remove it. This clears the block.

Re-attach with a valid licenseConfirm your license is active, then re-add the product. If it is terminated again immediately, look up the termination reason code shown in the new alert.
