Symptoms
API response error_code: LICENSE_EXPIRED (HTTP 403), detail "License has expired" or "License has not started yet".
The product is removed shortly after attaching.
Causes
The license end date has passed.
The license start date is in the future.
An automatic renewal failed.
How to fix it
If you're the customer (running the product)

Check the license datesOpen the license in your account and review the start and end dates.

Renew or wait for the start dateRenew the license if it has expired, or wait until the start date if it has not begun. A new API key is issued where applicable.
If you're the vendor (publisher)

Use an active test licenseFor testing, issue or refresh a test license from the Vendor Portal so its date range covers now.
