Symptoms
API response error_code: LICENSE_INACTIVE (HTTP 403).
Causes
The license was deactivated, suspended, or refunded.
A payment was reversed.
How to fix it
If you're the customer (running the product)

Review the license statusOpen the license in your account. If it shows inactive or suspended and you believe this is wrong, contact support with the license ID.
If you're the vendor (publisher)

Re-activate the test licenseIf a test license was deactivated during review, re-issue it from the Vendor Portal.
