How TheMarketRobo verifies
We refuse to publish unverifiable performance claims. This page explains exactly what our trust badges mean — and what they don't.
Backtest provenance — the three labels you'll see
Every chart on a product page wears one of these labels. We never let a vendor pretend a backtest is a live signal.
Historical simulation against past tick data. The baseline level — useful for sanity, unsafe as a sole proof of profitability.
Forward-tested against live market data without real money. Bridges backtests and live-money — better than a pure backtest, still not the same as risking capital.
Connected MQL5 / Myfxbook signal driven from real trading capital. Required for the "Verified" badge.
Live track records (third-party, vendor-supplied)
Some vendors run a public MQL5 or Myfxbook signal from a real trading account. When a vendor supplies that link, we surface it on the product page as a labeled Live track record (third-party, vendor-supplied) row — so you can open the monitor and check the numbers yourself, on a site we don't control. A live-signal link is required before any chart carries the "Verified" badge.
Verified vendors
Every vendor publishing on TheMarketRobo Marketplace passes identity verification before their first listing goes live. Suspicious activity triggers an automatic re-review.
Reviews from real buyers
Reviews are limited to customers with an active license. We don't publish unverified reviews and we don't filter critical ones.
Refunds
Every license carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are processed within five business days. We never charge a "restocking fee".
