Symptoms
Experts log: "SDK Warning: Symbol 'NAME' change rejected by terminal."
The change result reports error_code SYMBOL_UNAVAILABLE.
Causes
The symbol is not offered by the broker or is hidden from Market Watch.
The market for that symbol is closed.
The symbol is not available on this account type.
How to fix it
If you're the customer (running the product)

Add the symbol to Market WatchRight-click Market Watch > Symbols, find the instrument, and show it. If your broker does not offer it, it cannot be used.
If you're the vendor (publisher)

Use broker-neutral symbolsSymbol names vary by broker (suffixes, casing). Avoid hard-coding names that may not exist on the customer's broker.
