A request referenced a session that has already ended or does not exist.Session & heartbeat•Also known as: SESSION_NOT_FOUND, session-not-found, session_inactive
Symptoms
API response error_code: SESSION_NOT_FOUND (HTTP 404), detail "Session is not active or does not exist".
Causes
The session was ended (by you, by another device, or by the platform).
A long disconnect caused the session to be cleaned up.
How to fix it

Re-attach the productRemove and re-add the product to start a fresh session. If it keeps happening, check for another terminal using the same license.
