Causes
No internet connection, or a firewall is blocking MetaTrader.
themarketrobo.com is unreachable from your network.
How to fix it

Verify internet accessOpen https://themarketrobo.com in a browser on the same machine. If it does not load, fix the connection first.

Allow MetaTrader through the firewallPermit terminal.exe / terminal64.exe in your firewall and antivirus, then re-attach the product.
