Robot Submission Process

Submit your trading robots for review and approval. Once approved, your robots will be available in the marketplace.

Reserve a UUIDBefore submitting, reserve a unique identifier (UUID) for your robot. This UUID becomes the permanent identifier for your robot version.

•Maximum 5 UUIDs can be reserved at a time

•UUIDs expire if not used within the configured period

•Each UUID can only be used once

•UUID becomes permanent after approval

Create Your SubmissionUpload your robot file, add specifications, and provide backtest data. You can save drafts and come back to complete later.

•Select your reserved UUID

•Upload robot file (.ex5, max 500MB)

•Add robot specifications and configuration fields

•Upload logo and header images (optional, max 10MB each)

•Add at least one backtest with performance metrics

•Upload backtest graphs (max 10MB each)

Propose PricingSubmit a single base price for the minimum plan/duration combination. The system automatically calculates all other price combinations.

Important Rules

• No revisions after submission - create a new version for changes• One concurrent submission per robot type (can submit for different types simultaneously)• Draft submissions can be deleted before final submission

Pricing & Negotiation

Simple pricing system: propose one base price, and the system calculates all other combinations automatically.

Propose Base PriceSubmit a single price for the minimum plan type and duration combination. This is the only price you need to propose.

Automatic CalculationThe system automatically calculates prices for all plan types and duration combinations based on your base price.

•You see all calculated prices before submission

Negotiation ProcessAdmin reviews your pricing proposal and may accept or counter-offer. You can negotiate up to 5 rounds.

Pricing Example

If you propose $50 for Basic plan, 1 month:

Coupons & Marketing

Create discount coupons to promote your approved robots. You control the discount, but you absorb the cost.

Creating Coupons

Select Approved RobotChoose an approved and active robot type for your coupon. Coupons can only be created for approved robots.

Configure Coupon DetailsSet discount percentage, validity period, usage limits, and other options. System generates the coupon code automatically.

How Vendor Coupons Affect RevenueWhen a customer uses your coupon, you absorb the discount cost from your revenue share. The platform's revenue share remains unchanged.

Test Licenses

One Test License Per VersionYou can create exactly one test license per robot type version. Test licenses have no usage restrictions and allow you to verify robot functionality.

• No time limits on test licenses• Full functionality (same as production licenses)• Can be used in live or demo accounts• Automatically deactivated if submission is rejected

Robot Type Deactivation

Request DeactivationSubmit a deactivation request for your robot type. Admin approval is required.

• Robot hidden from marketplace• No new licenses can be purchased• Existing licenses continue working until expiration• You continue earning from active licenses
