Maximum 5 UUIDs can be reserved at a time
UUIDs expire if not used within the configured period
Each UUID can only be used once
UUID becomes permanent after approval
Create Your SubmissionUpload your robot file, add specifications, and provide backtest data. You can save drafts and come back to complete later.
Select your reserved UUID
Upload robot file (.ex5, max 500MB)
Add robot specifications and configuration fields
Upload logo and header images (optional, max 10MB each)
Add at least one backtest with performance metrics
Upload backtest graphs (max 10MB each)
Propose PricingSubmit a single base price for the minimum plan/duration combination. The system automatically calculates all other price combinations.

• Once approved, submission becomes immutable (locked)

Pricing & Negotiation

Simple pricing system: propose one base price, and the system calculates all other combinations automatically.
Propose Base PriceSubmit a single price for the minimum plan type and duration combination. This is the only price you need to propose.
One price for minimum plan/duration
Example: $50 for Basic plan, 1 month
All other combinations calculated automatically
Automatic CalculationThe system automatically calculates prices for all plan types and duration combinations based on your base price.
Different durations (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, lifetime)
Different plan types (if applicable)
Calculation logic defined by platform
You see all calculated prices before submission
Negotiation ProcessAdmin reviews your pricing proposal and may accept or counter-offer. You can negotiate up to 5 rounds.
Admin reviews your proposal
Admin may accept or counter-offer
You see counter-offers when checking submission status
Maximum 5 negotiation rounds
Final pricing must be agreed upon
Pricing Example
If you propose $50 for Basic plan, 1 month:
• Basic, 3 months: System calculates (e.g., $135)• Basic, 1 year: System calculates (e.g., $450)• Professional, 1 month: System calculates (e.g., $75)• Professional, 1 year: System calculates (e.g., $675)
Note: Actual calculation formulas are defined by the platform
Key Points
• Each robot version requires new pricing (cannot inherit from previous versions)• Pricing is version-specific - all versions have their own pricing matrix• Final agreed pricing becomes immutable after approval• No real-time notifications - check submission status to see counter-offers

Robot Management

Manage your approved robots, create new versions, and control availability.
Version Management
Create New VersionSubmit a new version of an existing robot type. Each version requires its own UUID, file, pricing, and backtests.
Reserve new UUID for the version
Upload new robot file
Add specifications and configuration
Provide new backtests
Propose new pricing (cannot inherit)
Only one version per robot type can be under review at a time. You can submit versions for different robot types simultaneously.
Version PropertiesEach version is independent with its own file, pricing, and backtests. Once approved, versions become immutable.
Unique UUID per version
Version-specific robot file
Independent pricing matrix
Own backtest data
Immutable after approval
Latest Version FlagAdmin controls which version is marked as 'latest'. This determines which version customers purchase by default.
System initially marks newest approved version as latest
Admin can change latest flag
Only one version per robot type can be latest
Vendors cannot control latest flag
Version ControlCreate multiple versions of your robot type. Each version has its own file, pricing, and backtests.
Test LicensesCreate one test license per version to test functionality before release.
DeactivationRequest robot type deactivation (requires admin approval). Existing licenses continue working.
Latest VersionAdmin controls which version is marked as "latest" for new purchases.
Test Licenses
One Test License Per VersionYou can create exactly one test license per robot type version. Test licenses have no usage restrictions and allow you to verify robot functionality.
• No time limits on test licenses• Full functionality (same as production licenses)• Can be used in live or demo accounts• Automatically deactivated if submission is rejected
Robot Type Deactivation
Request DeactivationSubmit a deactivation request for your robot type. Admin approval is required.
Request deactivation through vendor portal
Admin reviews request
Admin approves or rejects
What Happens When Deactivated:
• Robot hidden from marketplace• No new licenses can be purchased• Existing licenses continue working until expiration• You continue earning from active licenses
Important Rules
• Cannot update robot metadata without creating new version• Approved versions are immutable (locked)• Each version requires new pricing negotiation• Deactivation requires admin approval• Cannot delete robot types with active licenses• Ownership cannot be transferred to another vendor
